We want you to love your Tour Spray kit. If something's not right, here's exactly how we handle it.

Changing your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for a change-of-mind reason.

Returns must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In their original, undamaged packaging
• Complete (all items from the set returned together)

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items that are lost in transit back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Email info@tourspray.com within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We'll arrange a free return (prepaid label) and either replace the item or refund you in full — including any original shipping costs.

Your statutory right to cancel (UK customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving us a reason.

To cancel, email info@tourspray.com with your order number. You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We'll refund the cost of the items plus the standard outbound shipping rate within 14 days of receiving them back.

Items we can't accept back

We can't accept returns of:
• Opened or used bottles (for hygiene and product-integrity reasons)
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items returned without prior notice to info@tourspray.com

How to start a return

1. Email info@tourspray.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1 working day with the return address and any instructions.
3. Post the item back using a tracked service.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 working days.
